摘要 目的通过对比研究洁净手术部Ⅲ级洁净手术间不同空气洁净时间,选择连台手术理想的开台时间。方法选择Ⅲ级洁净手术间第一台清洁手术结束后应用净化空调进行清洁净化,在清洁前和净化后15min、30min、45min三个时间段采用激光尘埃粒子计数器在指定监测点进行尘埃微粒数监测。结果清洁前0.5μm微粒超过标准,而清洁15min后微粒数已降到标准要求。分别对0.5μm、1.0μm、2.0μm三个级别微粒清洁前、清洁后15min、30min、45min间进行方差分析,结果显示有统计学意义(P<0.01);经多重比较(LSD),清洁后15min、30min、45min与清洁前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),而清洁15min后各时间点比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论手术结束后手术间净化15min即可进行连台手术,这样既不影响净化效果,同时也达到了手术的高效率使用,减少资源浪费和提高工作效率。 Objective To select the ideal time for next operation in the sa,ne laminar operating room by studying on the air lustration time. Methods According to the requirement of the environment management, personnel and articles were controlled strictly. The grade Ⅲ laminar operating rooms after cleaning operations were choose for the air test. Laser counter was used to detect the particulates before and after the cleaning for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes. Results The amount of 0.5 μm particulates exceeded the standard of 350 particulates per liter. 15 minutes after the cleaning, the amount of the particulates dropped to the standard. By the avona of 0.5 μm, 1.0 μm, 2.0 μm particulates between before and after the cleaning for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes, the statistical differences were significant(P 〈 0.01); and by LSD, the differences were statistically significant before and after cleaning for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes (P 〈 0.01). But there were no statistical significance between aU time points of 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes after the cleaning (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion 15 minutes after postoperative air lustration is the proper time for the next operation.
