摘要
本文通过大量实验研究了影响研磨效率物理机械作用和化学侵蚀的关键因素。对磨盘转速、磨料粒径、浓度等物理因素和有机碱、表面活性剂等化学因素影响研磨效率的规律进行研究。在改善表面质量的前提下,结合Ⅲ类石英玻璃表面质量分析,探索了有机碱、表面活性剂最大程度提高磨损速率的最佳掺入量。文章最后还分析了室温对加工效率提高的影响程度。
In this research, we conducted a lot of experiments to investigate the influence of the material removal rate by physical factors and chemical factors. We have study the significant factors such as physical factors included pad rotate speed, particle size and slurry concentration and chemical factors included organic weak lye and non-ionic surface active agent. Considered the precondition of advancing the quality of grinded surface, and combined with the analyses of surf, ace quality of Ill genus silica glass we have explored the optimal concentration of organic weak lye and non-ionic surface active agent to improve abrasion rate to the utmost extent. At the end of paper, room temperature factor has been analyzed.
