摘要
目的利用经直肠三维超声观察良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者尿道前列腺部形态特征。方法选用经直肠三维容积探头,把多普勒能量图(CDE)技术应用于尿流通过尿道时的显示上,对前列腺增生患者尿道前列腺部进行三维多普勒能量图(3D-CDE)动态立体重建。结果经直肠三维多普勒能量图技术对尿道前列腺部的显示率达100%。前列腺增生患者尿道前列腺部充盈不良,局部尿道狭窄,尿道曲度增加,甚至尿道变形。结论经直肠三维多普勒能量图超声更直观的显示了前列腺增生患者尿道前列腺部的形态发生改变。
Objective To observe the morphological characteristics of the prostatic urethra of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by the technology of three-dimensional transrectal Ultrasonography. Methods By the application of the transrectal three dimensional probe, the CDE (color Doppler energy) technology is used to display when urine is passing to the urethra, the urinal flow, so the 3D CDE for prostatic urethra of BPH patients is reestablished dynamically. Results The prostatic urethra is displayed 100 percent under the observation of three-dimensional transrectal ultrasonography. The prostatic urethra of the BPH is poorly filled because of the hyperplastic glandular organ, part of which is urethrostenosis, the curvature of urethra is enhanced, and urethra is even deformed. Conclusion The morphology of the prostatic urethra of BPH can be visualized under the observation of 3D-CDE Transrectal Ultrasonography.
