基因干扰对人肾小球系膜细胞megsin基因表达及α平滑肌肌动蛋白和转化生长因子β1生成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 megsin,即SERPINB7,是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂进化单位B的第7位成员,为近年发现的特异性表达于肾脏的基因。研究表明,megsin基因表达产物可以与纤溶酶共价结合而抑制其活性,继而抑制细胞外基质(ECM)降解,参与肾脏纤维化。该基因在正常的肾小球系膜细胞有微弱的表达,而在增殖性肾小球疾病表达明显增强。在实验动物模型,mgesin基因的表达参与了慢性增殖性肾小球疾病的发生发展,但人类mgesin基因的表达在肾脏疾病中的具体机制还未清楚。我们旨在探讨megsin基因在慢性增殖性肾小球疾病中的作用。
