修补保护钢筋混凝土管道支架用防腐涂料的筛选

摘要 针对适合混凝土外用的各防腐涂料特点,结合具体的工程应用,通过耐热盐水试验、浸烘试验、碳化试验、现场老化试验和握裹力测试等方法对各种涂料的性能进行评价。结果表明:FH-1环氧呋喃封闭底漆和氯化橡胶面漆配套使用可以作为扬子石化储运厂钢筋混凝土管道支架的外用防腐涂料,性价比最好,修补时对于已生锈的裸露钢筋表面涂刷锈转化剂或环氧富锌底漆与氯化橡胶面漆涂层体系,既可以提高钢筋与混凝土的握裹力,又可以保护钢筋不被腐蚀。 Combining the anticorrosion coating characteristics and application practice for concrete, the performance of coatings was evaluated by different experiment methods, such as hot brine resistance, impregnating and drying experiment, carbonation experiments, field degradation test and adhesion test. The resuits showed that the system of FH - 1 epoxy - furan as sealer and chlorinated rubber as top coat can be used as external anticorrosion coating for reinforced concrete structures in Storage and Transportation Plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Engineering Company Ltd,with the best economic effectiveness. Rust -converting agent or the system of epoxy zinc - rich primer and chlorinated rubber coating were brushed onto the surface of rusting bare steel bars. That could enhance the adhesion between steel and concrete and could protect steel from corrosion.
