摘要
目的观察针刺配合中药内服与单纯中药内服治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用毫针刺法配合中药内服治疗血管性头痛,对照组单纯内服中药,观察两组总体疗效和头痛症状评分。结果治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组在减少头痛发作次数、发作天数、每次头痛发作持续时间及减轻头痛程度方面,均较治疗前有明显疗效(P<0.01)。并且在减轻头痛程度方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药内服治疗血管性头痛疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus Chinese medicine and only Chinese medicine on vascular headache. Methods The 62 eases were randomized into treatment group （n= 32 ） and control group （n= 30）. The treatment group was treated with aeupuneture plus oral taking Chinese medieine and the control group simply with oral taking Chinese medieine. The therapeutie effect and seore of headaehe were observed in both groups. Results The total effeet of treatment group was better than that of eontrol group （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, both groups were improved in deereasing the frequeney of headaehe, the days of headaehe attaeks, lasting time of eaeh attaek and degree of headaeh（P〈0.01）. In deereasing the severity of headaehe, the treatment group was remarkably better than that of the eontrol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aeupuneture plus oral taking Chinese medieine signifieantly effective for vascular headache.
