Osmotically controlled oral drug delivery systems:an update review

摘要 口服渗透泵控释给药系统作为目前最理想的控释技术之一,具有释药均匀恒速、不受体内环境影响、适应范围广等特点。作者对近期国内外相关文献报道进行检索、分类和整理,系统地综述在处方组成、制备工艺和质量评价方面的研究进展,概述国内外研究和应用现状及其在中药中的应用前景。 Osmotically controlled oral drug delivery systems(OCODDSs) utilize osmotic pressure for controlled delivery of active agents. The release of drugs from osmotic systems is governed by various formulations and processing factors such as solubility and pressure of the core components, properties of the semi-permeable membrane. In the present review,the references on OCODDSs have systematically been summarized in the following aspects:prescription design, industrial processing and equipments, methods for quality evaluation, and general situation of application. Prospect of applying the osmotic-pump technology into Chinese patent drugs is also discussed.
