摘要
对广东省16个已投运脱硫工程的脱硫电价进行计算和分析,总结出影响脱硫电价的主要因素,即机组容量、脱硫工程的建设时期、燃料特性、脱硫装置年利用小时数及脱硫工艺等。对目前我国脱硫电价政策进行探讨,提出脱硫电价应考虑机组容量和燃料特性等因素。所得结论对于脱硫技术政策的制定和火电厂开展脱硫工程具有参考意义。
The electricity price of 16 FGD projects in operation in Guangdong Province were calculated and analyzed. Based on this, main factors contributing to the FGD electricity price were summarized as unit capacity, construction period, fuel features, annual utilization hours of FGD equipment and FGD technology. The present FGD electricity price policies were discussed; in addition, the unit capacity and fuel features should be considered in FGD electricity price, taking great reference for technical policy making and FGD project implementation.
