摘要 目的:研究细胞周期蛋白Cyclin E和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶的抑制因子p57kip2在不同卵巢上皮肿瘤中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测Cyclin E和p57kip2在正常卵巢组织(8例)、良性肿瘤(12例)、交界性肿瘤(20例)和恶性肿瘤(20例)中的表达情况,分析两指标的相关性及临床意义。结果:①CyclinE的阳性表达率随正常卵巢组织、良性肿瘤、交接性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤的进展程度显著升高;p57kip2的表达则相反,两者呈负相关(P<0.05);②Cyclin E的表达与卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床分级、组织学分化及周围组织浸润有关(P<0.05);p57kip2的表达与恶性肿瘤的组织学分化有关,与临床分级及周围组织浸润无关。结论:Cyclin E和p57kip2的表达水平与卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展及恶性程度有关,Cyclin E的高表达和p57kip2的低表达可能是恶性卵巢上皮瘤的一对重要的生物学指标,对预测卵巢肿瘤的恶性程度及预后有指导意义。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Cyclin E and p57kip2 in different epithelial ovarian tumor and their significance in clinic. Methods: Immunohistochemical analysis was used to detect the expression of Cyclin E and p57kip2 in 8 cases of normaltissue, 12 cases of benign ovarian tumor, 20 cases of SOBT and 20 cases of ovarian cancer, and analyzed the relationship between the indicators and their clinical significance. Results: ①The positive ratio of Cyclin E expression was increased from the normal tissue to benign to borderline to ovarian cancer. On the contrary, the expression of p57kip2 was reduced clearly. There was negative relationship between them.②The expression of Cyclin E in ovarian cancer was correlated with its stage, grade and axillary (P 〈0.05) . The expression of p57kip2 was correlated with the stage and had no correlated with grade and axillary. Conclusion: The expression of Cycline E and p57kip2 are correlated to the occurrence, progression and malignancy of ovarian cancer, they may be the potential important tumor markers for evaluating malignancy and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
