摘要 目的:探讨小剂量地塞米松是否改善IVF-ET促排卵过程及其妊娠结局。方法:按照随机原则,将88例(88个周期)进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的,并因输卵管所致的不孕患者分为观察组(促排卵同时加用小剂量地塞米松,n=36)和对照组(常规IVF治疗,不加用地塞米松,n=52),比较两组的促排卵天数、Gn用量、获卵数、优质胚胎率、受精率、生化及临床妊娠结局。结果:观察组(运用小剂量地塞米松组)与对照组相比,各项参数值均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:运用小剂量地塞米松并不能改善因输卵管因素所致的不孕患者的IVF-ET促排卵过程和妊娠结局。 Objective: To determine if low - dose dexamethasone can improve the progress of ovarian stimulation and pregnancy rate of patients undergoing IVF - ET. Methods: Eighty - eight patients who undergoing IVF - ET for tubal factor were randomly divided into observation group who received 0. 75 mg of dexamethasone daily for 3 - 5 days ( n = 36) and control group who received no dexamethasone (n = 52). The days of ovarian stimulation, gonadotropin ampules, the number of oocytes retrieved, the rate of top quality embryos, fertility rate, biochemical pregnancy rate (PR) and/or clinical PR were compared between two groups. Results : The two groups were similar in days of ovarian stimulation and gonadotropin ampules. The mean number of oocytes retrieved, the rate of top quality embryos and implantation rates did not differ in observation group and control group. Between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference in clinical parameters (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Low - dose dexamethasone is not beneficial to IVF patients who undergoing IVF - ET. Low does dexamethasone can not improve the progress of ovarian stimulation and pregnancy rates.
