摘要
针对自然工质CO2热泵热水器中套管式气体冷却器进行理论分析与实验研究。选取不同的换热关联式,分析管径和流量对CO2侧和水侧换热的影响,理论分析CO2和水的温度匹配情况,设计套管式气体冷却器并进行实验研究,实验结果表明所进行的理论分析在误差允许范围内,满足设计要求,理论和实验结果对于CO2热泵热水器的产业化应用起到了很好的技术支持作用。
Gives the theoretical analysis and experimental study about double pipe gas cooler used for CO2 heat pump water heater. Calculates the different heat exchange correlation formulas for the heat exchanger. Analyzes the influence from diameter and flux to heat exchange about CO2 side and water side and the CO2 and water temperature matching. Builds the experimental system. The test result shows that the theoretical analysis is in the error range. All the work is useful for the application of CO2 heat pump water heater.
