摘要
随着我国陶瓷行业经济的飞速增长,地方陶瓷发展迅猛,面对全国各地陶瓷产业的高速发展,广西坭兴陶受到了严峻挑战,广西坭兴陶需要制定有利于自己发展的战略,而在制定战略之前,最重要的是对行业的内外环境进行分析,文章利用安德鲁斯SWOT战略分析模式对广西坭兴陶业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行分析,旨在为将来广西坭兴陶的发展提供理论依据。
Guangxi Nixing pottery are facing greater challenge nowadays as the rapid development of pottery in other provinces in China. Guangxi Nixing pottery needs to find new development strategy. This article tried to use SWOT to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of Guangxi Nixing pottery, in order to provide theoretical basis of the development of Guangxi Nixing pottery.
