摘要
目的:探讨动脉血管壁中载脂蛋白J(ApoJ)与2型糖尿病患者高胰岛素血症的关系。方法:取正常人动脉16例(组);2型糖尿病患者动脉共26例,其中胰岛素水平正常患者14例(组),高胰岛素血症患者12例(组)。应用免疫组织化学方法检测各组动脉内ApoJ的表达和分布,利用计算机图像分析仪对免疫组化染色切片进行灰度扫描作相对定量分析。并采用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组患者血浆ApoJ水平。结果:组动脉壁未见ApoJ阳性免疫沉积物表达,平均灰度值为138.60±6.20;组患者动脉内膜可见ApoJ弱阳性表达,其阳性免疫沉淀物稀疏地散在动脉内膜的细胞外基质中,平均灰度值115.50±7.54;组动脉壁内膜ApoJ阳性沉积物明显增多,主要分布在内皮和平滑肌细胞周围,动脉内膜平均灰度值为82.8±6.2。同时血浆ApoJ水平明显升高。结论:2型糖尿病患者高胰岛素血症与ApoJ呈正相关,ApoJ能从一个侧面反映2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗状况。
Objective:To compare the expression and distribution pattern of apolipoprotein J in arteries from hyperinsulinism of type 2 diabetic patients with thai of apolipoprotein J in arteries from normal level of insulin of type 2 diabatie patients. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was performed on arteries. The degree of immunoreactivity was judged by computer image scanning. Results:Apolipoprotein J was absent in normal arteries with darkness of 138.6±6.20. The immunoreactivity of apolipoprotein J in arteries from normal level of insulin of type 2 diabatic patients was increased with the darkness of 115.5± 7.54. The darkness of in hyperinsulinism of type 2 diabetic patients was 82.8±6.2. Conclusion: A positive correlation is found between apolipoprotein J and hyperinsulinism of type 2 diabetic patients. Apolipoprotein J can reflects the status of insulin resistance olherwise.
