摘要
目的探讨经桡动脉行冠脉造影的可行性,安全性,手术成功率和并发症。方法回顾性调查本院2007年1月25日-2007年11月31日之间接受冠脉造影患者共268例,对冠脉介入操作导管进入途径的临床资料进行分析。结果经桡动脉行冠脉造影260例,成功率97.01%,男性成功率98.86%,女性成功率93.48%。术后前臂张力性血肿5例,桡动脉闭塞5例,无其它并发症。结论经桡动脉行冠脉造影是安全的、可行的,且并发症少,可减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective The present study assesed the feasibility,safety,success rate and procedure-related complications of the transradial approach for coronary angiography.Methods The transradial approach coronary angiorgraphy was taken in 268 consecutive patients from Jan 2007 to Now 21307 in our hospital,and the relative clinical data of these patients was analyzed.Results Radial artery access .was made in 260 patients,the success rate of radial artery access was 90.86% in male and 93.48% in female, and total success rate is 97.01% .5 patients had local hematoma（ 1.86% ）,5 patients had post-proccdural occlusion of the radial arthert（ 1.86% ）and no other pro3edure-related complications were noted. Conclusion This investigation demonstrated the safety and feaswibility of transradial approach for coronary angiography with less procedure complications and pain for patients.
