摘要
为提高磁粉离合器的滑差功率容量和使用寿命,提出了采用热管技术对离合器进行散热的新方式。在介绍两种热管散热型磁粉离合器新结构,分析热管工作液循环及散热方式、特点的基础上,做了相应的样机测试分析和对比,验证了该类散热方式的优越性。
In order to increase the allowable sliding power and prolone the operating life,we put forward a new radiating way adopting heat pipe techniques for magnetic particle clutches.Based on introducing new constructions of two kinds of heat pipe magnetic particle clutches and analyzing working liquid circutation and radiating mode of heat pipe,test data contrasting and analyzing of the model machines have been done.It is proved that the radiating way has advantages in many conditons.
