摘要
提出弹性系数的概念,并以此来定义可行合理路径.根据定义,分析了可行合理路径的确定方法,并用实例说明其在交通分配中的应用.
The feasible rational path with the conception of elasticity coefficient is defined.According to the definition, the method of determining feasible rational path is analyzed and an example is given to illastrate its application in traffic assignment.
