股骨近端髓内钉、动力髋螺钉、γ钉治疗股骨转子间粉碎骨折疗效比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)、动力髋螺钉(DHS)、γ钉治疗股骨转子间粉碎骨折的治疗效果。方法将股骨转子间粉碎骨折患者180例,随机分成PFN组、DHS组、γ钉组(每组60例)进行治疗。结果优良率:DHS组为88.33%,γ钉组为91.67%,PFN组为96.67%;PFN组优于DHS组和γ钉组(P<0.05)。结论PFN内固定治疗股骨转子间粉碎骨折操作简单、疗效可靠,是比较理想的内固定方法。 Objective To compare the effect of proximal femoral nail ( PFN ), dynamic hip screws ( DHS), γ-nail in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 180 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomized into 3 groups, and treated with PFN, DHS, γ-nail. Results The excellent and good rate was 88. 33% with DHS, 91.67% with γ-nail and 96. 67% with PFN, which showed PFN was significantly superior to DHS and γ-nail (P 〈0.05). Conclusions PFN internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture is simple and reliable. It is an ideal internal fixation.
