摘要
通过对绿色建筑概念及内涵的介绍,主要分析绿色住宅建筑在国内外的发展现状,提出绿色住宅建筑在中国发展的必要性和实现的关键点.
The article introduces the concept and connotation of green building, the analysis is mainly about developing prospect in China and current development of green residence building. At the same time, they are provided that the necessary and key points of green residence building will develop in China.
