摘要
扶余油田综合调整改造工程是中国石油老油田调整改造的重点工程,通过采用不加热集输技术,低温原油脱水和低温污水处理技术,优化总体布局,3座联合站合为1座,26座接转站减少为5座;优化站内平面布局,在原站内保证老系统正常生产的同时完成工程改造;通过调整改造,优化简化了工艺,降低了投资和运行成本,达到了节能降耗的目标。
Adjustment and reformation engineering in Fuyu Oilfield was the major project of adjustment and reformation for maturing oilfields in PetroChina.The general layout was optimized by means of non-heating oil-gas gathering and transferring,low-temperature crude oil dehydration and sewage treatment.Three central treating stations were merged into one,twenty-six transfer stations were decreased to five.The layout was optimized while the production of the old system was ensured.After adjustment and reformation,the process was optimized,the investment and operating cost were lowered.
