摘要
通过浸种,采用培养皿种子发芽实验,研究不同浓度Al2(SO4)3对马尾松种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在处理浓度范围内,硫酸铝对马尾松种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数无明显影响,但能提高其发芽势和平均发芽速;当Al2(SO4)3浓度为3 000 mg.L-1时,提高了马尾松种子淀粉酶活性,并能延缓淀粉酶开始降低的时间。
The effect of aluminum sulfate on the germination and growth of Pinus massoniana seeds were studied by culturing them in culture dishes. The results have indicated that among various concentrations of experiments, aluminum sulfate have no obvious influence on germination percentage, germination index and vigor index of Pinus massoniana seeds,but can increase their germination vigor and mean germination speed. When the concentration is 3 000 mg · L^-1, aluminum sulfate will increase the amylase activity of Pinus massoniana seeds, and can delay the time of amylase beginning to decrease.
