摘要
经济犯罪法律责任是基于经济犯罪行为产生的不同法律形式的统称。它是经济犯罪与法律责任经融合而形成的新的概念。通过对经济犯罪法律责任的概念和特征予以界定,确定了经济犯罪法律责任的类型,论证了对其予以界定的意义。为了实现对经济犯罪的有效惩罚和打击,应在司法实践中充分发挥不同法律责任在惩罚和打击经济犯罪中的作用。
The legal liability of economic crime is the general designation of different legal forms caused by economic crime. It is a new concept composed of economic crime and legal liability. With the settlement of the definition and characters of economic crime, the type of economic crime can be set, and the significance of the settlement can be justified. To make the punishment and prevention against economic crime efficient, the different legal liability of economic crime should play a more important role in punishing and preventing economic crime in the judicial practice.
