摘要
从在用钢丝绳的安全管理要求出发,研究重要用途钢丝绳使用过程中承载差异、使用周期、载荷总量、安全系数可靠性等方面的安全评估原则,提出推荐方法,提供钢丝绳日常检测与安全决策的重要评估手段。
From a requirement of safety management for the steel wire rope in - service, this article studies the safety assessment rule for the key purpose of steel wire rope in service in the aspects of bearing discrepancy, the period of duration, the total load volume and the reliability in consideration of safety coefficient, and then it proposes the recommendation method from the above four aspects. It provides an important evaluation method to the decision - making for safety management and daily inspection for the rope.
