摘要
供应链管理环境下,供应商的选择评价是整个供应链竞争力的关键。在分析供应链环境下供应商选择评价指标的基础上,提出一种基于AHP和TOPSIS的供应商选择模型,同时把AHP和TOPSIS综合用于供应商的选择评价,经实例分析表明该方法具有一定的可行性。
