摘要
陕西某火力发电厂2号锅炉系引进罗马尼亚亚维可公司制造的1 100t/h亚临界、中间再热式、塔式燃煤直流锅炉,该锅炉自投运以来,蒸发Ⅱ段受热面曾多次地发生爆管泄漏,且因为应力分布不畅致使角管的密封焊缝在运行中经常撕裂,四壁的管排整体变形严重。锅炉蒸发Ⅱ段受热面爆管泄漏处管壁出现较多的纵向和环向裂纹,经过综合分析,确定爆管的原因为管子长时过热,导致材质严重恶化,并在直流锅炉角部较为复杂的应力状况作用下爆管泄漏。
The imported boiler of Unit 2 in some thermal power plant in Shaanxi, China is a 1 100 t/h subcritical, intermediate-reheat, tower coal-fired once-through boiler, which has experienced many times of heating surface tube bursting and leakage at Evaporation Section Ⅱ since being put into operation. In addition, the angular tube seal weld often cracked in operation and the tube banks around deformed seriously because of the obstructed stress distribution. A number of longitudinal and circumferential cracks were found on the burst tube wall, Upon comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the tube bursting was caused by prolonged overheating of the tubes that led to severe deterioration of the tube material as well as by the complicated stress at the angular part of the once-through boiler.
