新型稠油开采高温防窜化学剂的性能与现场应用 被引量:16

摘要 针对辽河油田稠油油藏特点,通过发泡性能、泡沫稳定性以及高温下的封堵性能的研究,研制出一种新型的高温防窜化学剂体系FPJ。在200℃下,该高温防窜剂的阻力因子达到18.0以上。为了简化施工工艺、降低生产成本,利用尿素作为增效剂,开展了"蒸汽+尿素+高温防窜化学剂"三元复合蒸汽吞吐现场试验。现场试验结果表明,在蒸汽中添加尿素和高温防窜化学剂FPJ,不仅能够延长周期生产时间、提高原油产量及采注比,而且具有提高回采水率的明显效果。 Aimed at Liaohe heavy oil reservoirs,a new type of high temperature fleeing proof chemical agent FPJ was developed by the research of foamability,foam stability and sealing characteristic.The resistance factor of FPJ system was over 18.0 at 200℃.In order to simplify operational procedure and reduce construction cost,the steam-urea-fleeing proof chemical agent tertiary steam stimulation pilot test was carried out by using urea as intensifier.The results showed that the addition of urea and high temperature fleeing proof chemical agent in cyclic steam stimulation could increase periodic production time,oil production and production to injection ratio and back production ratio of water apparently.
