摘要
目的:探讨鼻息肉患者血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平变化的临床意义。方法:对29例鼻息肉患者治疗前、后及30例健康体检者血清EGF含量进行测定。结果:29例鼻息肉患者治疗前血清EGF含量较对照组明显升高;治疗后明显下降,但仍高于正常对照组。结论:血清EGF水平变化可能与鼻息肉的发生、发展相关。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum epidermal growth factor （EGF） levels in padents with nasal polyps. Methods Serum EGF levels were detemined with RIA in 29 patients with nasal polyp both before and after treatment as well as 30 controls. Results Before treatment, serum EGF levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls. After treatment, serum EGF levels decreased significantly but were still significantly higher than those in controls. Conclusion The changes of serum EGF levels may be closely related to the development of nasal polyps.
