摘要
莱钢1#750 m3高炉从2007年2月19日开始炉缸二段水温差、炉皮温度异常升高,通过采取降低冶炼强度,提高铁水[Si]、[Ti]含量,控制水温差参数,对局部温度升高部位进行灌浆处理,风口喂线等一系列护炉措施,有效控制了炉缸部位水温差,安全生产到2007年8月14日停炉大修,达到了预期目的。
From February 19th in 2007, the water temperature difference of Laiwu Steel's No.1 750 m^3 blast furnace hearth second segment and the shell temperature rose anomaly. Through adopting a series of measures such as decreasing smelting intensity, improving Si and Ti content in molten iron, controlling the water temperature difference, grouting treatment in the local temperature increased position and feeding line from tuyere ete, the water temperature difference in the hearth was controlled availably. The blast furnace was safety in production to August 14th and smoothly blowing out overhaul, run up to intended effect.
