摘要
现代教师教育制度是以职业专业化为目标,以资格证书制度为基础,以师范院校为主体,以专业标准、课程标准和质量保证标准为条件的教师教育必须遵循的一整套行为规则。重建现代教师教育制度,必须明确政府责任,优先发展教师教育,重新对高师院校合理定位,建立严格的准入制度,完善资格证书制度和机构认证评估制度,促进培养和培训一体化。
With regard to the reason for rebuilding modern teacher education system and its concept, this article argues about the Chinese modern teacher education system, aims to teacher professionalization, bases on teacher certification system. The normal university trains teacher is main part. To rebuild modern teacher education system , must let the government know its responsibility and give preference to teacher education ,to readjust the normal universities＇ s aim, to build strict teacher admittance system, to attest teacher education institution, let teacher education and training become integrative.
