摘要 节能是注塑机科技进步的重要特征。从注塑机的节能注射成形技术、节能执行机构、节能动力驱动系统等3个方面,进行了较为详情的分析研究,指出只有创新节能的注射成形技术、节能的动力驱动系统和节能执行机构,才能达到完满的节能性能。分析了推广节能技术中值的注意的几个问题,指出必须把节能技术作为提高注射成形的技术之一来创新开拓,才能使节能技术不断地深入发展。 Energy saving is an important characteristic of plastic injection molding machine scientific and technology advancement. The energy saving technology was studied from the aspects of energy saving in-jection forming technique, energy saving executive mechanism, and energy saving power system. It was pointed out that only the innovation in energy saving injection forming technique, energy saving executive mechanism, and energy saving power system can achieve satisfactory saving energy effect. Some problems in the popularization of energy saving technology were analyzed. It was suggested that energy saving technology should be developed as one of the injection molding technology to promote the increasingly development of energy saving technology.
