摘要
通过对单自由度三次函数型非线性缓冲包装系统动力学模型的分析,运用Matlab/Simu-link的工作原理建立起仿真框图,然后对其变量赋初始值,绘制出该系统跌落冲击相应的一系列曲线图,并选择3种不同的包装材料进行实例仿真模拟,得出3组曲线的对比图,根据曲线图的对比信息可选择相对合适的包装材料,从而对实际包装设计起到一定的辅助作用。
The mechanical model of single-freedom cubic nonlinear cushioning packaging system was analyzed. The simulation diagrams were established with the principle of Matlab/simulink, the initial values of variables were given, and the dropping impact curves were plotted. Three different packaging materials were chosen for actual simulation and the relative curves were obtained. The results can be reference for selection of packaging materials.
