摘要
基于层次分析法原理提出一套综合评估地区电网建设规模的评价指标体系;综合运用模糊决策和最优化理论,建立反映地区电网规模水平的综合评估模型并提出了相应的系统评价方法.该方法通过建立规模指标的隶属度函数及其适应度映射,在给定模糊评估权重矩阵的基础上,实现对地区电网规模水平的客观定量评价.实例表明,该模型和方法简便有效,适应性和可操作性强.
According to the flower chart of evaluation, the macro-control index system has been presented by eight indexes which reflect the construction size of the power grid. According to fuzzy synthesis judgment principle and fuzzy function subordination model, the method of determining central and interval values of index has been proposed by mathematical programming. On the basis of fuzzy logic theory, the method of weighted average judging synthetically has also been provided, which is based on the most economical principle and the expert. Through the evaluation of the conclusion of actual distribution networks, the judgment method can be simple, workable and effective.
