摘要
网络课程答疑是教学中必不可少的环节。本文通过研究四门课程一个学期的答疑记录,对它们进行定量和定性的分析,发现了教师在教学、答疑,技术平台设计,教学管理等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进建议。
It＇ s very important to answer students＇ questions on line in web - based courses. This paper researches question- answering records of four courses during a term. By quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing, the research fmds some problems in question- answering, technological platform, and management, etc, and puts forward some suggestions that can solve these problems.
