摘要
为了建立一种高效提取花生采摘种子后的农业废弃物为原料的白藜芦醇的方法,对萃取溶剂、溶剂浓度、萃取时间、萃取体系中液固比、提取次数5个因素进行了考察,并以白藜芦醇的提取率为指标,比较了匀浆提取与超声法、冷浸法和热回流法对白藜芦醇的提取效果,确定了白藜芦醇提取的最佳工艺参数:溶剂是体积分数为90%的乙醇,匀浆时间3 min,液固比为12∶1(mL∶g),匀浆3次。匀浆法提取速度明显高于超声提取、冷浸法和热回流法,提取的时间短、提取速率高、温度低。匀浆技术用于热敏物质的提取具有优越性。
Five factors, extraction solvent, solvent concentration, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times, were determined in terms of the extraction yield of resveratrol in order to find a method with higher efficiency for extracting the resveratrol from the peanut-castoff. The homogenate extraction was compared with ultrasonic wave extraction, cold maceration, and hot reflux extraction. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as ethanol concentration 90%, homogenate 3 minutes, solid-liquid ratio 12:1 (mL/g), and extraction for three times. The homogenate extraction method is superior to cold maceration, ultrasonic wave extraction, and hot reflux extraction in extraction efficiency and extraction velocity under low temperatures, so it is suitable to be applied to the extraction of heat sensitive materials.
