摘要
本文通过模拟非稳定性股骨干骨折对骨——组合式外固定器复合系统做压缩实验,载荷与位移、载荷与应变的关系及应变分布的分析表明:一定载荷范围内系统呈现较好的线弹性特征;在相同载荷下,连杆中部应变较为明显,空间构型的应变分布较单边构型、钢连杆构型较碳纤维连杆构型均匀,结构各处的载荷分配也随构型的不同而不同。
By the analysis of strain distribution, load vs. displacement and strain vs. load graphs drawn from the results of compressive experlments done with bone-com-binable external fixator(CEF) composite system in the simulated conditions of unstable femoral shaft fracture healing, we found that the system have a liner elastic character in a certain range of load. Under the same load, the strain at the middle of the side bars is stronger than that in other positions of the CEF; the strain distribution of the spatial configuration is smoother than that of the unilateral configuration, so is the CEF with steel bar than CEF with carbon fibre bar; and the stress distribution of different config-urations is different from each other.
