摘要
目的研究北京市丰台区中小学校传染病防控工作及卫生保健人员现状。方法在丰台区中小学校及其卫生保健人员中展开问卷调查。结果丰台区中小学校普遍缺乏卫生保健人员,专职人员比例过小,各学校医务室/卫生室/保健室硬件配备状况欠佳;入学查验接种证和记录预防接种史等方面有待提高;多数学校无卫生防病专用资金。卫生保健人员年龄偏大,人员工作能力普遍较差,传染病理论知识掌握程度较低,中学卫生保健人员队伍比小学稳定。超过一半的调查对象对工作条件和收入表示不满。结论必须采取有效措施,提高丰台区中小学校传染病防控工作水平和卫生保健人员素质。
Objective To study the current status in prevention and control of communicable diseases, as well as school healthcare workers at primary and high schools in Fengtai District, Beijing. Methods Questionnaire survey was applied to the schools and their health-care workers in Fengtai District, Results Nearly half of the schools investigated did not have enough health-care workers, with only a small proportion of professional ones, Equipment at school infirmaries was not good enough, There is lack of check of vaccine immunization cards or records during students＇ entrance to schools. Most of the schools had no special fund for communicable disease prevention and control, The age of most health-care workers at schools was somewhat old, with limited capacity and knowledge in communicable disease prevention and control. Their work was more stable at high schools than that at primary, ones, More than half of them were not so satisfied with their working condition and income. Conclusions It is necessary to take effective measures to improve the level of communicable disease prevention and control and the capacity of health-care workers at primary and high schools in Fengtai District.
