摘要
本文以抗震设防9度区的一多层砌体结构作为算例,探讨了采用隔震技术对多层砌体房屋进行抗震加固的计算分析方法、施工工艺及相应的关键技术。分析结果表明采用隔震技术进行抗震加固,可通过降低隔震层上部结构的抗震设防烈度来降低其抗震鉴定标准,从而使其满足抗震鉴定的要求,达到抗震加固的目的。在抗震设防高烈度区采用隔震加固方法进行砌体结构的抗震加固比常规方法具有明显的优势。
In this paper, a multi-story masonry structure, seismic fortification intensity of which is 9 and needed to be enforced, is regarded as an analysis model to discuss the computational analysis method, construction technology and corresponding key technology of seismic enforcement of multi-story masonry buildings used isolation technology. The analysis results show that using isolation technology to reinforcement can reduce the seismic identification standard by reducing the fortification intensity of the superstructure of isolation story, so the seismic identification requirements are satisfied, and seismic enforcement object is attained. In seismic country, the isolation reinforcement method takes obvious superiority to general seismic enforcement method of masonry structure.
