摘要
理解领导必须要注重四个方面:一是要带领他人;二是要走到没有走过的地方;三是领导者和追随者之间共同的价值观、动机以及抱负和理想;四是领导是一种领导人与追随者基于共有动机的道德过程,它和行使权力有本质的区别。毛泽东提出的"领导就是带路",邓小平提出的"领导就是服务",都是对党的领导实质的科学阐述。从十三届四中全会到现在,中国共产党所进行的三次大规模的集中教育活动,虽然全面深刻,但恰恰忽略了最关键的一个问题——对"党领导的实质"的总结、学习和教育。执政党建设的当务之急是,正确理解党领导的实质,改变领导理念。
There are four aspects which shall be stressed in understanding of leadership. The first one is to lead others; the second is to go to the place where no one has gone; the third is the value, motivation and ambition shared by leaders and their followers; the fourth is that leadership is a moral process based on the motivation shared by leader and their followers which essentially distinguishes itself from exercising power. Both Mao Zedong＇ s proposition ＂Leadership is to lead the way＂ and Deng Xiaoplng s premise ＂Leadership is service＂ are both the scientific explanations to the essence of the Party＇s leadership. Since the 4th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee, the Communist Party of China has launched three large- scale educational campaigns, which have produced profound influence. However, it happened to overlook the key issue, i. e. summarization, studying and educating the people of the essence of Party＇s leadership. The urgent task for ruling Party＇s construction is to correctly understand the essence of Party＇s leadership and change the leadership concept.
