摘要
三维地形模型无论是在直观的视觉感受还是在空间分析等方面都是二维的地学模型所无法比拟的。DEM是建立地学三维可视化的主要内容,也是三维地理信息系统GIS的主要研究内容之一。本文所实现的程序是在VC++6.0的平台基础上,基于DEM的数据,利用OpenGL提供的相关功能函数,达到地学三维可视化的目的,同时利用纹理映射技术为三维模型贴纹理建立真实感强的三维环境。
3D topographic model is better than the 2D both in the intuitionistic feeling and in the spatial analysis. DEM is one of the mian content of the 3D visualization and GIS. The program which is implemented in this paper sets up the 3D model using the data of DEM and the function offered by the OpenGL based on the VC++6.0, aiming at the objective of 3D visualization. the texture mapping technology which is supported in the OpenGL is adopted to implement the strong 3D feeling
