不同施工工艺水泥土搅拌桩的试验研究

摘要 通过对采用不同施工工艺生产的水泥土搅拌桩的芯样抗压强度、复合地基承载力特征值和单桩竖向承载力特征值的对比分析,得出了相同地质条件下,施工工艺对水泥土搅拌桩工程性状影响较大,并证明采用改进后的六叶片搅拌头、二喷六揽工艺施工的水泥土搅拌桩成桩质量好。 By making a systematic comparison on the unconfined compression strength of core samples of cement deep mixing piles, characteristic value of bearing capacity of composite foundation, and characteristic value of single pile vertical bearing capacity, we concluded that under the same foundation conditions different construction crafts exert quite different influences on the performance of cemented soil piles. And further proved that the cemented soil piles, made by the innovated six-leaf mixers and through two sprouts and six mixings process, can serve the electric construction well.
