摘要
目的分析鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊激光造口术的临床效果。方法对52例52眼长期溢泪经泪道冲洗等治疗无效的患者应用鼻内窥镜行鼻腔泪囊激光造口术,并进行术后随访6-12个月以上。结果52例患者在随访期间,49例患者无溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅,鼻内窥镜下可见泪囊造口形成良好,占94.23%;3例患者偶有溢泪,鼻内窥镜下未见泪囊造口形成,但冲洗泪道可见原造口处有液体流出,泪小管有少许反流现象,占5.77%。无不良并发症。结论鼻内窥镜下行鼻腔泪囊激光造口术是治疗慢性泪囊炎有效简单的方法。
Objective To study the clinical effects of dacryocystorhinotomy under intranasal endoscope for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Fifty-two patients with chronic eacrocystitis were treated by dacryocys- torhinotomy under intranasal endoscope by laser, following-up for 6-12 months to observe the curative effects. Results In the 52 eyes, 49 were cured （94.23 % ）, patients being symptomless and checkless during lacrimal passge irrigation. No symptoms and checkless when irrigating lacrimal passge. Epiphora occurred occasionally in 3 patients. No lacrimal sacstoma existed under the examination of rhinoscope. However, fluid can be seen from formal sioma with duche. A little bit regurgitation can be seen in lacrimal ductule in 5.77 % patients out of 52 cases. No complicatios occurred. Conclusion The technique of dacryocystorhinotomy under intranasal endoscope by laser is simple and effective.
