摘要
随着青贮饲料在畜牧业发展中地位的日益提高,青饲料的收获机械化成为畜牧业发展中的关键环节。通过理论研究和生产实践,把拨禾滚筒、双圆盘切割器、立式强制喂入装置和轮刀式切碎装置结合在一起,研制出生产效率高、切碎质量好、性能可靠的自走式青饲料收获机。其作业性能较好地满足了农艺要求,经济效益好,社会效益大。
During the development of stockbreeding, ensilage has a more and more important standing, so the mechanization of forage harvester has become the key process of the stockbreeding. Through the theory and practice research, we designed a good cutting quality, high efficiency and reliability self-propelled forage harvester on the basis of the combination of dual-disc cutter, twisting roller, upright compulsive feeding equipment and rotary reamer device .Its capability is satisfied with the agricultural request and it has a large economical and social benefits
