摘要
摩擦纺包芯纱是加工热塑性树脂基复合材料的一种好方法,但以玻璃纤维长丝为芯纱的包芯纱与普通服用包芯纱存在很大的差异。实验对不同参数玻璃纤维/涤纶包芯纱的性能进行了研究,结果表明:各存在一个临界摩擦比值,相对应摩擦纺包芯纱的捻度最大、断裂强度最大和抗剥离性最好;但当摩擦比提高到4以上时,条干均匀性变化趋缓。指出可通过后道工序对摩擦纺包芯纱的要求来选择不同工艺参数的摩擦纺包芯纱。这对后道纺织预型件加工和复合材料成型有重要意义。
It is a good way to produce thermoplastic matrix composite with friction-spun core-yam. But there is a difference between the yarn with glass faliment as the corn and the yarn for clothing. This paper studies the properties of GF/PET Friction-spun Core-yam with different spinning parameters, and the results show: there was a critical friction ratio where the twist, breaking tenacity and slipping resistance of the yam was best respectively; and the friction ratio would affect the regularity very little when the friction ratio reached 4. So the spinning parameters can be selected according to the requirement of the latter process. This is very important to the process of forming textile preforms and composites.
