摘要
以88107EYYN轴承为例,介绍了断裂失效分析的方法与过程。分析了3种典型裂纹(锻造、车削、淬火)的特点和起因,提出了相应的改进措施。
The methods and process of the fracture failure analysis are introduced,taking the bearing outer ring as an example. At the same time,the features of the three kinds of cracks （forging,turning,quenching） are also introduced. Then the causes of tile three kinds of cracks are analyzed. Some counter measures are proposod.
