摘要
论述优化设计对化工工程建设投资控制的重要性,指出当前化工工程建设项目中普遍不重视设计优化的现象。建议加强对设计优化工作的政府监管,强化设计优化意识,加快设计监理工作的推广,建立健全有关优化设计的法律法规。
The importance of design optimization on investment control of chemical engineering projects is dis-cussed and the status of universally neglecting design optimization in current chemical engineering projects is not-ed. It is proposed to strengthen authoritative management of design optimization, enhance awareness of design optimization, fasten spreading of design supervision and establish and perfect relevant laws and regulations.
