摘要
通过研究球形凸曲面零件的加工路径及铣削过程,利用FANUC系统提供的宏程序功能编制出了具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的球形凸曲面的数控加工程序。使用时只需在主程序中对相关变量进行赋值即可完成所需半径的半球面及球台面的零件加工。
By way of studying the machining route of spherical protruding curved surface part and milling the course, the numerical Control machining program applied spherical protruding curved surface that has commonality and applicability and simpleness have been gone out by using the macro programming. If you will accomplish a part machining of hemisphere surface and ball platform face of the radius needing by using it, you only need evaluate correlative variable in the main program.
