1-[2-(1-苯基-1H-四唑-5-硫基)]乙酰肼衍生物合成及其生物活性的研究

Synthesis and biological activity of 1-[2-(1-phenyl-1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-thio]acetylhydrazine derivatives

摘要 采用微波辐射和相转移催化技术,在K2CO3存在下利用PEG-600作相转移催化剂,高效、快速地合成了标题化合物。其结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR和13CNMR确证。初步生物活性试验表明该系列化合物对小麦幼苗的生长具有明显的调节作用。 A series of 1-[ 2-( 1-phenyl-lH-tetrazole-5-yl)-thio 1 acetylhydrazine derivatives were synthesized efficiently and quickly under the microwave irradiation and PTC conditions using PEG-600 as the phase transfer catalyst. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and elemental analysis. The plant growth regulating activity tests showed that all compounds had good performance at low concentrations for the growth of the wheat.
