摘要
用铋膜电极代替汞膜电极,采用阳极溶出伏安法测定人发中锌含量,可避免汞对环境污染和对人的危害。实验考察了支持电解质中铋离子浓度、溶液pH值及部分干扰离子对测定结果的影响,依据实验确定了最佳测定条件;结果证明,采用铋膜电极伏安曲线峰形好、灵敏度高、峰电流值大,线性方程为I=6.682 7c+0.0118,相关系数R为0.9986,检测限可达1.0×10^-9mol/L,线性范围0.5×10^-6-2.5×10^-4mol/L,相对标准误差RSD为3.14%,回收率为92.8%-102.3%,可以用铋膜电极阳极溶出伏安法测定人发中痕量锌的含量。
The substitution of bismuth film for mercury-film electrode in anode potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) for the determination of Zn^2+ in hair was proposed. The novel method is characteristic of sensitive, precision, repetition and avoiding environment pollution. The effects of pH, the concentrations of Bi^+3 and KSCN on determination were measured,and the optimum of determination condition was obtained. The experiments results show that the response, linearity (between 0.5×10^-6~2.5×10^-4 mol/L^-1), precision(RSD is 3.14%) are satisfactory. The detection limit is very low, about 1.0×10^-9 mol/L6-1. The equation of linear calibration is I=6. 682 7c+0. 011 8, and the related parameter R is 0. 998 6, the ratio of recovered range is 92.8%~ 102.3 %.
