摘要
针对工程项目工期、费用、质量的最优控制问题,在用质量系数对质量进行量化的基础上,利用价值工程的理论,建立了工期——费用——质量综合优化模型,采用微粒群算法通过MATLAB编程求得工期、费用、质量的目标值,为项目优化控制提供了参考依据。最后通过一个算例,对模型的有效性和实用性进行了验证。
The thesis aims at optimizing and controlling time, cost and quality. On the basis of using quality coefficient to quantify the quality, the theory of value engineering(VE) is used to found the time-cost-quality optimization model. After solving the model with the help of Particle Swam Optimization (PSO) and MATLAB, the ideal goal of time, cost and quality is got and can provide reference for the optimization and control of projects.
