7种药剂对榆紫叶甲和黄褐天幕毛虫的毒力测定及防治 被引量:10

摘要 用7种无公害杀虫剂对2种食叶害虫榆紫叶甲(Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschulsky)和黄褐天幕毛虫(Malacosoma neustria testacea Motschulsky)进行了室内毒力测定,结果表明:绿色威雷200倍液对榆紫叶甲成虫的防治效果最好,校正死亡率达到91.65%;绿色威雷500倍液、高渗苯氧威1500倍液及吡虫啉500倍液和吡虫啉800倍液对榆紫叶甲成虫的防治效果不明显,校正死亡率分别为58.33%、63.88%、49.98%、58.33%;苦参碱与Bt效果较差;绿色威雷、高渗苯氧威、Bt、吡虫啉4种药剂对榆紫叶甲幼虫胃毒作用较好,其中绿色威雷800倍液和高渗苯氧威1500倍液对榆紫叶甲幼虫的校正死亡率达100%;Bt与吡虫啉的作用效果不明显。绿色威雷、高渗苯氧威、白屈菜、走马芹4种药剂对黄褐天幕毛虫幼虫防治试验中,绿色威雷500倍液和高渗苯氧威1500倍液的作用效果最好,对黄褐天幕毛虫幼虫的校正死亡率达100%。高渗苯氧威2000倍液对天幕毛虫幼虫的校正死亡率为98.07%,白屈菜20倍液与走马芹20倍液效果不明显。 A bioassay for toxicity of seven non-pollution insecticides against Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motsehulsky and Malacosoma he,stria testacea Motsehulsky was conducted in laboratory. Results indicate that the effect of Luseweilei at a 200 times dilution is the best to control A. quadriimpressum adult, and the adjusted mortality rate is 91.65% ; while the control effects of Luseweilei ( 1 : 500 dilution) , high permeation fenoxycarb ( 1 : 1 500 dilution) , imidacloprid ( 1 : 500 dilution) and (1:800 dilution) on A. quadriimpressum adult are unobvious, and the adjusted mortality rates are 58.33%, 63.88%, 49.98% and 58.33%. Matrine and Bt are less effective. The effects of Luseweilei, high permeation fenoxycarb, Bt and imidacloprid are much better to control A. quadriimpressum larvae, in which the adjusted mortality rates of Luseweilei ( 1:800 dilution) and high permeation fenoxycarb (1:1:500 dilution) reach 100%, and the effects of Bt and imidacloprid are insignificant. Luseweilei, high permeation fenoxycarb, Chelidonium majus Linn. and Cicuta virosa L. were used to control M. he,stria testacea larvae, and the control effects of Luseweilei (1:500 dilution) and high permeation fenoxycarb (1:1:500 dilution) are the best with an adjusted mortality rate of 100%, the adjusted mortality rate of high permeation fenoxycarb ( 1:2 000 dilution) is 98.07% , and the effects of C. majus (1:20 dilution) and C. virosa (1:20 dilution) are not obvious.
