摘要
为促进我国体操事业的可持续发展,同时也为能够吸取发达国家体操管理机制的成功经验,运用文献资料法和调查访问法介绍了美国体操运动员培养的现状和管理机制,并对其进行适当的分析和研究,以期为解决我国体操运动员培养过程中所出现的问题提供参考和借鉴。
In order to advance the sustainable development of China＇s gymnastics and acquire the successful experience from the gymnastics management system of advanced countries, the article applies the methods of the documentary and investigation to introduce the present situation of American gymnasts＇ training and management system and conducts proper analysis and research on it, which will offer the reference to solve the problems in Chinese gymnast＇ training.
